At North Florida Holsteins, we believe that by providing students the opportunity to visit and learn in a large commercial farm setting is vital for the continuation and advancement of the dairy industry both nationally and internationally.  All international students that visit the farm are facilitated through the Ohio State University Agricultural Intern Program.  These students are here on a J-1 Visa which is limited to one year by law.  Most students either have completed or working to complete a 4 year degree or a veterinary degree.  Good conversational English is a must for the benefit of both the student and North Florida Holsteins.  The link and address for the Ohio State University program can be found below.  For students interested from U.S. Universities we asked that you send a resume and cover letter to our email at gotmilk10@aol.com.
